  • – What does loving yourself exactly mean?
  • It means self acceptance. It means to have self respect and a positive self image. It means taking care of your physical, mental, emotional, social & spiritual wellbeing . This includes eating healthy getting enough sleep, doing regular exercise, finding time for your hobby.
  • – It also means investing in your health. Waiting to be sick & then spending it like investing in disease not health. Either invest time and money to buy health now or save it to treat a disease later.
    – Loving yourself is a great way to achieve good health.
  • Recognising in your self worth, having confidence in your abilities , loving & accepting your body increase flow of healthy hormones like endorphines and antioxidants in the body which help in cellular repair, improved delivery of oxygen, improve nutrients supply to tissues, help to eliminate toxin waste.
  • Think positive and be confident.
  • Create a support system.
  • Don’t blame yourself for everything.
  • Remind yourself that you are the best.
  • Beyond loving yourself, love and nurture your relationship.
