Coriander & Fenugreek

Coriander is an annual herb in the family Apiaceae. It is also known as Chinese parsley, dhania, or cilantro. All parts of the plant are edible, but the fresh leaves and the dried seeds are the parts most traditionally used in Indian, China and other parts of the world. It can be consumed as part of green juice, in cooking.

Coriander uses:

Fenugreek is an annual plant in the family Fabaceae, its seeds and leaves are common ingredients in dishes from the Indian subcontinent, and have been used as a culinary ingredient since ancient times. Fenugreek also known as methi dana in India is used in Indian kitchen as an ingredient for many dishes but has got many medicinal benefits too.

Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum- graecum), 

which was shown to induce selectively cytotoxic effects in T-celling former cell lines, causing apoptosis in breast cancer, MC7 cells, and more interestingly, it does support the potential for these and other culinary herbs to increase the safety profile of Oncology drugs.
