Preventing heart problem and keeping a young and healthy heart is first priority for everyone.
We have seen it our practice that a heart patient is in hurry, have a sedentary lifestyle , have a perfectionist attitude, meals are irregular and mostly processed. A balanced lifestyle is crucial in preventing a heart problem and if it has occurred then to avoid recurrence of the same.
Tips for a healthy heart and prevention of heart disease
- Throw sedentary lifestyle out of your life and be active. Animals do not suffer from heart attack as they do not have sedentary lifestyle and are close to nature. Adopt a disciplined lifestyle.
- Remove idealistic attitude from your life, take life at ease without hurry. Develop let go attitude.
- For cooking use oil free recipe and avoid packaged food, sweets, oil in any form. Avoid packaged and processed food and ban outside food. Eat wholesome food including Dalia, sprouts which give sufficient roughage.
- Drink four glasses of lukewarm water first thing in the morning and half glass of water before going to bed.
- Breakfast before 9 am with fruits or fresh juice.
- Lunch by 1.30 pm with salads.
- Dinner by 6.30 with soups, vegetables, no protein like pulses or non-veg in dinner.
- Avoid smoking, Avoid drinking.
- Have Ikigai, mission in life. A life with mission reduces your stress levels and keep your heart healthy.
10. Take Arjuna Powder, 2 to 3 grams with warm water two times a day. Consult your doctor before starting.
- Follow your hobbies, spend some time for pursuing your hobby and do not forget to spend quality time with family.
- Do yoga and meditation to avoid stress, the root cause of heart problems.
